Most communities fail not from lack of passion — but from lack of architecture. Strategy and systems for event producers, founders, and community builders ready to create something that genuinely transforms people and stands the test of time.
"Most communities fail not from lack of passion — but from lack of architecture."
You've felt it. The energy is there. The people show up. But something doesn't compound.
The events don't land the way you envisioned. The community doesn't deepen. The impact stays surface-level. You're the engine — and the engine is tired.
That's not a hustle problem. That's a design problem. And design can be fixed.
Catapult Community exists to help you build the infrastructure underneath your vision — so your community grows, transforms people, and creates lasting positive impact without you having to be everywhere at once.
You're running events that people love — but the backend is duct tape and late nights. You need a repeatable system that doesn't require reinventing the wheel every single time.
You've built something real. Now you want to deepen its impact without burning out — and scale it without losing the soul. You need a strategy that honors both.
You're the vision and the execution. You're tired of being the bottleneck. You're ready to build infrastructure that lets your genius breathe — and your work reach further.
You're still figuring out if community is the right path. You want generic advice or a content calendar. You're not ready to invest in real strategy — or in yourself.
After a decade in the classroom and over 75 events, festivals, retreats, and workshops — a pattern emerged. The experiences that truly transformed people didn't begin with logistics. They began with a felt sense of the end.
This led to the development of a proprietary methodology rooted in pedagogical theory — specifically the educational principle of backward design — but taken further. Before a single agenda item is written, before a venue is booked, we begin with what psychology and cognitive science call embodied future projection: the deliberate practice of experiencing your desired outcome as if it's already real.
This isn't mysticism. Research in sports psychology, performance science, and neurocognitive priming consistently shows that the brain processes vivid mental simulation similarly to lived experience — shaping attention, decision-making, and creative problem-solving in measurable ways. When you design from that end-state feeling first, every subsequent decision becomes a coherent step toward it.
Don't design what you want to do. Design what you want people to feel when it's over — then reverse-engineer every element to produce that exact experience. Structure, sequence, space, story, and sensation all follow from that felt end-state.
Before anything else: what does success feel like — not look like — for every person in the room? We define the emotional and transformational end-state with precision. This is the anchor for everything that follows.
With the end-state defined, we work backward through the experience arc — mapping the emotional journey, the moments of friction and release, the peaks and valleys that guide people toward that felt destination.
Now the logistics serve the feeling — not the other way around. Space, sequence, facilitation, content, and culture are all designed as delivery mechanisms for the transformation you've already envisioned.
Finally, we build repeatable infrastructure around what worked — so the experience can scale, evolve, and deepen without losing the soul of what made it transformative in the first place.
Events are the entry point. Community is what happens between them — and long after them. Here's what community builders do that no tool, platform, or AI can replicate.
AI can build the brand.
It cannot build the bond.
Building community is not event production. It's not a brand kit or a content calendar. It's the architecture of spaces — physical, social, emotional — where people stop being strangers and start belonging to something. That work requires a human. It might as well be one who's done it 75 times.
This isn't coaching. It's a strategic partnership — built to move fast, go deep, and leave you with a system that works without you in the room.
A high-intensity 1:1 engagement where we diagnose what's missing, design what should exist, and build the strategic infrastructure your community has been waiting for. You leave with a custom system — not a generic playbook.

Every thriving community has four layers: Identity (who you are), Infrastructure (how you operate), Experience (what members feel), and Sustainability (how it endures). Most founders build one or two. We build all four — and make them work together.
Events aren't just moments — they're a machine. Before, during, and after is where the real leverage lives. When designed with Felt-Forward methodology, a single event can shift culture, deepen belonging, and compound your authority for months.
Your community deserves infrastructure that sustains it. We design the models, tiers, and pathways that create meaningful ways for members to go deeper — and build the support system that lets this work continue long-term.
Sustainable growth requires systems that work without you in the room. The Leverage Loop maps every part of your operation and identifies what can be templated, delegated, or systematized — so you can scale impact without burning out.
I came in with events people loved that somehow didn't stick. I left with a full system — onboarding, experience arc, retention model. Within six weeks I had my first long-term client come directly from inside the community.
Daniela operates at two altitudes simultaneously — she's in the details with you, giving you the specific, tactical knowledge that only comes from actually building events and communities on the ground, and she's also at 36,000 feet, seeing the whole architecture. What sets her apart is that she understands no single event should ever be a dead end. Every touchpoint is a thread in a larger system.
I spent 8 years as a university professor before I realized that the most transformative learning I'd witnessed wasn't happening in classrooms — it was happening in communities, at events, around shared experiences designed with intention.
So I left the academy and went all in. Over the past decade I've produced 75+ events, festivals, workshops, and retreats — from intimate gatherings to large-scale cultural experiences. I've built communities from scratch, scaled them, watched them transform people's lives, and learned exactly what separates the ones that last from the ones that fade.
I'm also a DJ and music producer — building a global brand as a cinematic, emotionally-driven artist. That same instinct for reading a room, designing a journey, and knowing when to hold and when to push runs through everything I do.
Catapult Community is where all of it converges: the pedagogical rigor, the event production experience, the community architecture, and the deep belief that the right design can change what people think is possible.
A short application so I understand where you are, what you're building, and where you're stuck. Not everyone is the right fit — that's by design.
If there's alignment, we get on a call. Sharp questions, real clarity — even if we don't work together. This is where we design scope together.
We go into your world — your community, events, offers, positioning, impact model. We identify the gaps, find the leverage, and build a custom architecture for what comes next.
You don't leave with a doc and a wave goodbye. We build it together — with direct access, real accountability, and iteration until the system is live and working.
Build it right and they will come. Applications open for Q3 2025 — spots are limited and filled based on fit.
